City Tours for Refugees
With our Creative Sustainability Tours: Refugees Welcome! we visit inclusive and participatory Do-It-Yourself and Do-It-Together projects in Berlin Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. Our aim is to help refugees in Kreuzberg get to know their neighborhood, become active users of the cultural spaces or even get actively involved in the local initiatives.
The Kreuzberg District is known for its long history of alternative ways of living, self-organised initiatives and urban experiments. Here you will find a variety of projects related to urban development, community living and working as well as local initiatives, urban gardening projects and cultural spaces. We will be exploring this fascinating urban landscape and learning about projects that are contributing to quality of life in our city.
